Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE 

CyberZvqr (“CyberZvqr,” “the Service,” “we,” or “us”) provides professional vulnerability assessment services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZATION

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
  • You own or are authorized to perform security assessments on the systems, applications, or websites you submit.

CyberZvqr will not perform any unauthorized testing. Users assume full responsibility for obtaining proper consent.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE

CyberZvqr provides:

  • Security assessments and vulnerability analysis of systems you authorize.
  • Reporting of findings and recommendations for improving security.
  • Guidance on best practices for reducing risks.

The Service is advisory and informational only. CyberZvqr does not guarantee complete security or remediation of vulnerabilities.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

  • Only submit systems you are authorized to test.
  • Provide accurate information about the systems being assessed.
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Not attempt to interfere with CyberZvqr’s infrastructure or other users’ systems.

Unauthorized or malicious use may result in termination of access and legal action.

4. LIABILITY AND RISK

  • Security assessments may cause system disruptions or downtime. Users accept all risk associated with using the Service.
  • CyberZvqr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, system downtime, or business losses.
  • Use of the Service is at your own risk.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All reports, data, and content generated by CyberZvqr remain the intellectual property of CyberZvqr. Users may use assessment reports for internal purposes only and may not redistribute or sell them without permission.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA HANDLING

CyberZvqr treats all submitted information as confidential. Assessment reports will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.

  • Data may be processed for analysis, reporting, and service improvement.
  • CyberZvqr implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. PAYMENT TERMS (IF APPLICABLE)

If the Service is paid:

  • Payments are due before the assessment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” CyberZvqr makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

10. TERMINATION

CyberZvqr may suspend or terminate your access for breach of Terms, misuse, or illegal activity.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

CyberZvqr may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
